Gentle Pilates for mums
If you have had a baby, or two, or more, and you want to move your body and feel your muscles again, then you have come to the right place! Together we will restore, heal, strengthen the parts of your body that have been neglected for so long but are so important and need to be strong and feel good. We will work on your abs, gently but surely toning them. We will give your pelvic floor a makeover, to ensure that no problems arise later in life and during the menopause. We will work on your arms and legs and breathe and get out of breath! We will jump and squat and stretch and close our eyes. I promise you you will love it.
