Private Pilates & Rehab Sessions

I you have a very busy schedule and want classes on demand, or if you have a specific condition that restricts your movement or that you want to address; or if you have just had a baby and want to start working on your Postpartum Recovery straight after birth, then what you need are one-to-one sessions with me.

Private classes take place whenever you want and are completely personalised: this means that you decide the length of the session, that the exercise programme is designed for you, the exercises are based on your needs, and that we progress at your own pace.

Are private sessions right for me?

Private classes are recommended if you suffer from any of the following conditions and need particular attention while exercising:

  • Diastasis recti
  • Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction (pubic bone pain)
  • Arthritis
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Herniated disk
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Pelvi Organ Prolapse (POP)
  • Recent injury
  • Recent birth
What do private sessions consist in?

During a first personal consultation I will conduct a physical assessment, which will consist in observing your posture, assessing the range of motion in all your joints, identifying any tightness or restrictions.

Thereafter, each session will include a brief assessment, to check on progress; breathing exercises, a warm-up, myofascial release and a series of corrective exercises to work on imbalances. Once a certain level of ease of movement is achieved we will start working on core-strengthening exercises, strengthening exercises for the back and spine, arm and leg strengthening exercises, and stretches to conclude the session. 

I use small equipment like balls, rolls, weights and fitness circles to assist during the exercises. And as soon as you’re ready for it you can start training on my Reformer!

Please wear comfortable clothes, avoiding thick elastic bands at the waist or around the chest.

What equipment do I need?

For sessions in my studio in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg, you do not need to bring anything.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes, avoiding thick elastic bands at the waist or around the chest.

For online sessions, you will need a Pilates mat, a Pilates ball and an elastic band. I will tell you where to buy them from when you register.

How much does it cost?

One-to-one: Prices range from 30 euros to 60 euros per session, depending on the duration of the session (30 to 60 minutes) and duration of the treatment, and the physical issues being addressed. Please get in touch to get the process started.
