Restorative Pilates
My gentle, deeply restorative Pilates classes are designed especially for mums. With a special focus on the breath, pelvic floor and abdominals, as well as lots of fascial release, these classes are designed to realign, restore and strengthen all the parts of your body that have been neglected for too long.
Is this class right for me?
This class is absolutely for you if you are a mum and need to/want to:
… alleviate the pain and discomfort you have been feeling since you started having kids (no matter how long ago that was).
… start exercising but are scared to hurt yourself because it has been a long time since you last exercised/you have never exercised.
… have a flat tummy again.
… close a diastasis recti (abdominal separation).
… lose the baby weight.
… stop having lower back pain/shoulder girdle pain/ neck pain.
… work on your pelvic floor because it feels weak.

Prenatal Pilates
Mums-to-be need a gentle, specialised exercise programme during pregnancy. Prenatal Pilates offers the perfect combination of stretching and toning exercises, gentle exercises for the pelvic floor, opening and releasing exercises for the hips and pelvis, to prepare you for childbirth and caring for a newborn.

Postpartum rehab & Postnatal Pilates
Postpartum rehab (from birth) and Postnatal Pilates (from 6 weeks pp) classes are designed especially for new mums. My aim is to ensure a healthy recovery from birth, by focusing on restoring a healthy breath pattern; releasing tightness and tension using gentle fascial release; restoring the pelvic floor and abdominals; as well as strengthening leg muscles (glutes, hamstrings, hip muscles) and upper body (shoulders, chest, mid back) to ensure correct posture and reduce posture-related aches and pains.
Is this class right for me?
This class is right for you if you would like to…
… alleviate pain and discomfort caused by the pregnancy and birth and caring for your baby.
… slowly but surely strengthen your belly muscles, even if you have diastasis recti (abdominal separation).
… close a small abdominal separation.
… work on your pelvic floor – and get rid of mild symptoms like heaviness or leaking.
… get fit and strong again, safely and in your own time.
… find an alternative/follow-up to Rückbildung.
To attend Postnatal Pilates classes, you should be more than 6 weeks postpartum (or 8 weeks if you had a C-section) and have had clearance to start exercising from your doctor or midwife,

Heal your Diastasis Recti
If your abdominals feel and look different after birth, it is possible that you may have Diastasis Recti (DR) a separation of the abdominals along the midline of the body.
DR often comes with other symptoms, such as pelvic floor issues or lower back pain. It is important to address the DR to begin to improve the other symptoms.
My DR programme is specifically designed to give you the knowledge and tools to recover from abdominal separation and prevent reoccurence. This programme is effective even many years after the occurrence of the DR.
Time is set flexibly upon request

Private Pilates Classes
Private classes are ideal if you have a specific condition that needs special attention, including any condition linked to pregnancy and birth: pelvic floor issues, prolapse, back pain, Diastasis Recti (please see my DR program page for more information).
Having an injury or a medical condition that restricts your movement doesn’t mean that you should stop moving altogether. Quite the contrary! Movement will help you heal and will help you feel better mentally and emotionally. Especially during pregnancy and after birth.
In a private Pilates class, all exercises will be designed for YOUR body.

Pricing for duo classes - Restorative, Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates - in studio/ online
Duo classes run in my studio and online with 2 participants only.
Price:
23 euros per class drop-in
105 euros for a 5-class card (valid 8 weeks)
Pricing for large group classes - Restorative Pilates - online (currently not running)
Large group classes run on Zoom only with up to 8 participants – CURRENTLY NOT RUNNING

Cancellation policy
Booking must be made and canceled at least 12 hours before the start of the class. Classes canceled later than 12 h before the class will be charged.
