In my Pilates classes, all exercises are carried out on the floor on a mat, sometimes using small equipment like balls, weights or fitness circles. The classes are 60 min long, we warm-up for about 10 min, workout for 45 min and warm-down for 5 min.
What do I need to wear?
Comfortable sports clothes are best, avoiding thick elastics at the waist or around the chest. Please also bring a pair of clean socks as your feet can get cold while lying on the floor!
How do I book classes?
To book, click on the BOOK NOW button. You will need to register (it’s very quick) find the class you want to attend and click sign up/book!
Alternatively you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your Name and When and Where you want to book a class.
How do I Pay for classes?
Payment can be done via Paypal, Bank Transfer or in person (in cash) before the class.
Booking and Cancellation policy
Booking is possible until the start if the class, but please try to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment and help me plan the classes. If you need to cancel please do so at least 12h before the start of the class, by clicking on the class you are booked in and clicking cancel.
