I am a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with a background in contemporary dance and yoga. I turned to Pilates to recover from a lower back injury and, and seeing the results I decided to make it my career after my daughter’s birth in 2014. I am particularly interested in using Pilates to prevent and heal back problems.

I teach in three different studios in Berlin, in Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, and can also come to your home or your office. My classes can be in English, French, German or Portuguese.
