I am a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with a passion for movement and using movement to heal, both physically and mentally.
I turned to Pilates to recover from a lower back injury and, and seeing the amazing impact Pilates had on my body, and my mental wellbeing, I decided to make it my career.
I believe my mission as a Pilates coach is to empower people to regain control of their bodies. Most of us need to re-learn how to feel, re-learn how to move, re-learn how to live in our physical body.
So, whether you want to be strong to prevent injury, get fit for a race or regain your strength, and sanity!, after having a baby, you have come to the right place.

I teach in three different studios in Berlin, in Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, and can also come to your home or your office. My classes can be in English, French, German or Portuguese.
