Duo, semi-personalised classes
My duo Prenatal Pilates class, Postnatal Pilates classes and Restoratives Pilates classes are all semi-personalised classes with two participants only. So this means they are like a private class, only that there is another person in the class… You will get my full attention, a personalised exercise programme covering the full 6 sessions, plus exercises (videos) to do at home as homework to complement the work done in class. Go ahead and book your card now, numbers are limited!
Flexible schedule
Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Prenatal and Postnatal and Tuesdays and Fridays for Restorative Pilates. Since the offer is limited in time (you have to use your card before April 1st) I recommend you make the most of it and do two classes per week during February and March. But you are free to choose when you come, and this can change every week. Just book your session in advance as they get booked up quickly.
Studio in PBerg, Berlin
Classes take place in my beautiful new home studio in Prenzlauer Berg – on the 5th floor of a renovated altbau building, with a view over the city. My studio is equipped with all the props and equipment we need for a fun and effective class, so not need to bring anything to class! Just you and your smile 🙂 To book your spot, it’s this way!
