What is Restorative Pilates ?

My Restorative Pilates classes are programmed with women in mind, with mums in mind. They are designed to help you reconnect with your body, with your deepest, most neglected muscles, with your breath, with your health and your sense wellbeing. Because movement heals and movement makes you happy.

In each class, we take time to breathe and deeply relax, so that we can reconnect with our deepest muscles.

Deep Pelvic floor work (strengthening and relaxing) is woven into the class from beginning to end.

All the exercises are beneficial for the pelvic floor and the belly and back muscles – no matter what your body type and history is.

The classes are crunch-free, DR-safe, C-section safe, prolapse-safe.
