Restore your abs and core: my new online Pilates course

It has been a long, long time since I last posted here… And a lot has happened. I was about to start teaching again when COVID-19 stopped me in my tracks and sent me home to look after my two kids and home working husband. I decided I couldn’t let my clients down and started producing online classes that I have put together as a course for mums on Patreon:

WHO is this course for?

It’s a course that was designed for mums and that can be done right after birth (6 to 8 weeks or whenever you get the ok from your doctor) OR whenever you feel like you are ready to start exercising again. It doesn’t matter how long it has been since you stopped.

Maybe you have never ever exercised – then this course is good for you too! Actually, this course is good for anyone who needs to slow down, stretch, and strengthen their body starting deep, deep inside. We start by focusing on the most neglected muscles in the fitness industry!


WHAT is this course about?

We focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, safely strengthening the abs, stretching, breathing, reconnecting, rebuilding. Slowly but oh so surely.

AND: ALL THE EXERCISES IN THIS PROGRAMME ARE DIASTASIS RECTI SAFE. You will not hurt your abs by doing the exercises in this course I can assure you, and hopefully you will even improve your DR.


HOW does this course work?

Well first you need to agree to become a patron on Patreon and sign up for a membership. My membership costs 15 euros per month. Once you have agreed to pay, then you will be given full access to everything I have ever posted. If you want more information about payment on Patreon you can check out this page.

The course looks like a blog. To start the course, you will just need to scroll back in time to find the video for Class 1. You can do it as many times as you want. Then when you are ready move on to Class 2. And so on. I post one class per week, and kind expect you to move on to a new class every week, but everyone goes at their own pace. There is absolutely no pressure to follow my pace.

Every now and again I will post an extra video with stretches, or a more detailed explanation about something I want you to really understand – like the breath and pelvic floor connection for example. Or alignment and how to use cushions to correct our alignment.

If you want to cancel, you can do so at any time. But because you pay when you first sign up and then at the beginning of each month, maybe it is best to cancel at the end of the calendar month, so that you get what you paid for for the whole month.
