I am a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with a passion for movement and using movement to heal, both physically and mentally.
I believe my mission as a Pilates coach is to empower you to regain control over your body. Mothers often neglect their body. But it is after pregnancy that a woman´s body needs the most care and attention.
I am here to guide you through your pregnancy and postnatal journey, giving you the care and attention you need to be strong and feel great.
I am certified by STOTT PILATES® to work with mums-to-be and new mums and by the Center for Women´s Fitness to treat Diastasis recti (abdominal separation).

I teach online or from my home studio in Prenzlauer Berg. My classes can be in English, French, German or Portuguese.
