As a certified Pilates instructor and corrective exercise specialist, and as a mum, my mission is to help anyone who has experienced pregnancy, birth and is looking after small children live life to the fullest without pain, aches and discomfort.
Let me guide you through your pregnancy and postnatal journey, giving you the care and attention you deserve to be strong and feel great.
What I offer
My gentle, flexion-free, restorative Pilates classes are designed especially for mums, with a focus on stretching, strengthening the pelvic floor, as well as the back musculature and the abdominals.
Prepare your body for birth and avoid pain during pregnancy. Pregnancy is a time of change and movement helps your body embrace the change. Birth is a marathon we can train for.
Book a private class if what you need is a DR consultation, advice with managing a prolapse, help with pain during pregnancy or you want your own personalised postpartum rehab plan.

Heal your Diastasis Recti
Abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti or DR) happens naturally during pregnancy, but in a subset of women, it never really heals and the separation never really closes, causing pain and discomfort.
I have designed my DR programme around Carolyne Anthony’s Relax-Release-Realign-Restore ™ programme for Diastasis Recovery. Together, we will work on your breathing patterns, stretch and relax your pelvic floor and make sure your diastasis recti heals in a way that is gentle and sustainable.
