My gentle, flexion-free, restorative Pilates classes are designed especially for mums, with a focus on stretching, strengthening the pelvic floor, as well as the back musculature and the abdominals.
My pregnancy Pilates classes offer the perfect combination of strengthening and stretching exercises with breathing and relaxation, in preparation for childbirth and caring for a newborn.

Heal your Diastasis Recti
Abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti or DR) happens naturally during pregnancy, but in a subset of women, it never really heals and the separation never really closes, causing pain and discomfort.
I have designed my DR programme around Carolyne Anthony’s Relax-Release-Realign-Restore ™ programme for Diastasis Recovery. Together, we will work on your breathing patterns, stretch and relax your pelvic floor and make sure your diastasis recti heals in a way that is gentle and sustainable.
